Lance Fessler

I have been an avid bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast since I was fourteen. I feel that my twenty plus years of experience can allow people to feel confident that I will be able to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

The combination of my associates degree in Physical therapy as well as my bachelors degree in health education has magnified my perspective so as to lead many in the right direction.

I believe that it is important to make a commitment and to persevere once you have committed to a goal. I think that this is by far the greatest gift that I can give to my clients. I look forward to assisting you in your commitments.
